All measurements are in centimetres. These vests run slim — if you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up.
Pick by your height & weight (easiest), or measure your chest with a tape if you have one.
| Size | Chest (cm) | Length (cm) | Suggested height | Suggested weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 51 | 68 | 160–170 cm | 55–60 kg |
| M | 53 | 70 | 165–175 cm | 60–65 kg |
| L | 55 | 72 | 175–180 cm | 65–70 kg |
| XL | 57 | 74 | 180–185 cm | 70–75 kg |
Matching shorts use the same height-based sizing as the vest.
| Size | Waist (cm) | Hip (cm) | Length (cm) | Suggested height |

Three quick ways to find your size — easiest first.
Match your height to the table. If you're 5'8" (173 cm), you're a M for vests. If you're at the top of a range, consider sizing up.
Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your chest, under your armpits. Keep the tape level. Match to the chest column on the table — note: our chart shows the vest's flat-laid chest, so add roughly 4–6 cm to your body measurement to get the right size.
Lay a t-shirt that fits you well flat on the floor. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, then double it. That's the closest equivalent to our chest measurement.
