All orders are shipped via An Post from Dublin with full tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders Over €50

Spend €50 or more and delivery is completely free. Same An Post tracked service, no extra cost. Most orders with two kits will qualify automatically.

Same or Next Day

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

We ship to Ireland, UK, and across the EU (Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Portugal). Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK may take an additional 1–2 days.

Returns

Email contact@kitdropireland.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.

Post the item back

Send the item back in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging. Return postage is paid by you for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged, or wrong items, we cover the return cost — just send us a photo first.

Refund processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 working days, but your bank may take a little longer to show it in your account.

Wrong size? Here's what to do.

We don't offer direct exchanges — it's faster to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. That way your replacement ships immediately instead of waiting for the return to arrive.

Unworn & unwashed

The item has not been worn, washed, used, or damaged in any way.

Tags still attached

All original tags and labels intact. Item must be in its original packaging.

Within 30 days

Return request made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or wrong items

If we sent you the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, we cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Worn or washed items

We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

After 30 days

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Your statutory rights

Under EU consumer law, you have a minimum 14-day cooling-off period from delivery for any online order. Our 30-day returns window extends this voluntarily. For faulty items, your statutory rights under Irish consumer protection law always apply and are not affected by this policy.
