KitDropIreland is an Irish-based online retailer selling Brazil football training kits. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this website.

Name, email address and phone number when you place an order
Delivery address including Eircode and county
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe, never stored by us
Email address if you sign up to our mailing list

We retain your order data for up to 7 years as required by Irish tax law. Marketing email data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of any other data at any time.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with KitDropIreland, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by Irish law.

Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

The item is out of stock after your order is placed
There is an error in the price displayed on the website
We are unable to verify your payment

In any of these cases you will receive a full refund immediately.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days via An Post. We are not responsible for delays caused by An Post or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Limitation of Liability

KitDropIreland's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law.
